Venue Details
- No public transportation available.
- No bare feet.
- Refunds at point of purchase only.
- First Aid is located overlooking the seating area, stage left. A doctor and ambulance is on-site.
- The Gorge campground is only a short walk to the venue. Vehicle re-entry is subject to management approval. Limited shuttle service is available for guests needing special assistance or premiere camping customers. Items allowed include: tent, sleeping bag, shade structure or material, drinking water, hat, sunscreen, and flashlights. A segmented, reserved area for parking is available on the campgrounds. Daily rates: $40.00 per vehicle per day. Motorcycles or walk-ins are charged $10.00 per person per day when purchased on-site. A convenience charge of $1.75 is charge per vehicle (internet, phone and ticketing centers). A $1.00 handling fee is assessed. If customers purchase camping at The Gorge upon arrival, the handling fee is waived. $.25 goes to charity. For certain events/shows, a three day discounted, non-refundable ticket is available. Campground Hours: 24 Hours, beginning at 12:00 noon the day before the concert and until 12:00 noon, the day after the concert. General amenities include: potable water, on-site security, convenience store, hot showers, hand wash sinks, portable bathrooms, and basketball and volleyball courts. Premiere Camping Option: For only $60.00 per vehicle per day, customers can enjoy additional benefits and privileges. Premiere camping includes a reserved site area enclosed with cedar fences to provide an enjoyable, private and secure atmosphere. The experienced staff on hand provides needed assistance and monitors the sites for unauthorized guests. The Premiere campsites are extra roomy and able to accommodate larger vehicles. Access to clean, private restroom and shower facilities featuring flushable toilets; electrical receptacles and air conditioning are available. Additional clean, portable flushable restrooms are also near the Premiere campsites. A special air-conditioned shuttle service to the Gorge Amphitheatre departs from campground. Premiere campers are given early access to all shows. A special menu is available after shows at the reserved recreation area. Access to outdoor movie/videos and/or other specially programmed activities are free for Premiere campers only. A convenience store is available on-site. One ATM is located inside the campground store. The campground office and shower stalls are ADA compliant. First aid is located adjacent to the security office. A security office and Grant County Sheriff Deputies are onsite. Camping is not permitted on unauthorized state wildlife areas. Camping is not permitted along the Columbia River and other protected areas. Campers/Vehicles may not enter and exit the campground without paying an additional fee for re-entry. Guests can contact the The Gorge Campground Info Line at (509) 785-2267, option 6. Accepted forms of payment are: cash, MasterCard?, Visa?, Discover, American Express, and Traveler's Checks. For certain multiple date events, a combination date ticket will be required to be purchased. A rebate will be available by 12 noon the following day for un-used dates upon exiting. Campground Policies: no firearms or weapons of any kind. No fireworks, open fires or fire pits. BBQ containers are permitted. Guests must possess or intend to purchase a concert ticket to be in the campground. No drinking of alcohol in public places and roads. Alcohol consumption permitted within each individual campsite. No underage drinking or minor in possession of alcohol. No illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia. No large parties, kegs or binge drinking devices. Quiet time is observed between 2:00 am and 8:00 am. No public transportation. Private, for hire transportation available through Moses Lake, Wenatchee or Ellensburg.
- Items allowed in this venue include: small backpacks, factory sealed water bottles (no 5 gallon type containers), and outside food is allowed (packed in clear plastic bags). Note: These guidelines are subject to change.

- The Gorge offers numerous portable and permanent stands in the amphitheatre and a general store adjacent to parking lot.

- The Box Office is open the day of show, approximately three hours before the gates open.
- Four merchandise stands are located in the amphitheatre, on access pathways.
- Clean, portable bathrooms are located throughout the venue and parking lots.
- Designated handicap accessible areas are available. Follow the signs to designated handicapped parking areas. Special services vehicle will transport individuals to seating areas.
- Children under the age of five are free with an accompanying adult in General Admission.
- Point and shoot digital cameras are allowed when approved by the artist.
- There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
- A shuttle for special needs individuals from designated parking areas takes guests down to the designated seating areas. Hearing impaired device are also available.
- Smoking is permitted in open, outside areas.
- To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present valid identification and at least 21 years of age. Alcohol may be consumed in seating areas until the headliner performs. Note: These guidelines are subject to change.
- A private security team plus Grant County Sherriff is on-site.
- ATMs are located in the parking lot, general store, food plaza, and adjacent to the seating areas.

- Tailgating and alcohol in the parking lots are not allowed.
- Items not allowed in this venue include: no, alcoholic beverages, cans, and bottles, factory sealed soda bottles, professional cameras, recording devices, video equipment, lounge and elevated chairs, (on all GA only events, no lawn chairs allowed) laser pointers.
- Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office. The Box Office is open the day of show, approximately three hours before the gates open.
