The Gorge Amphitheatre has been voted the best major outdoor concert venue in North America by the readers of Pollstar magazine 9 times! Located in George Washington, The Gorge is an outdoor music venue located near the Columbia River in Central Washington. The venue features reserved/Golden Circle chair seating near the stage, with General Admission seating on a grassy slope directly behind. The Gorge offers a Season Seat and a Box Suite Premium Seating program as well.

 

                  WHAT I CAN BRING THROUGH THE GATE:

  • Factory sealed water bottles. (20 Oz. Max)
  • All outside food must be in clear (not opaque) containers.
  • School sized backpack. (No metal frames)
  • Blanket.
  • Low lying lawn chairs or stadium seats. (on certain GA only events, no lawn chairs allowed)
  • Small collapsible coolers

 

   
As each concert and/or performing artist may have specific instructions as to what may be allowed to be brought into the amphitheater, please email gorge.info@livenation.com  on SHOW DAY, for concert specific information.
We recommend that you bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen for daytime, and a warm jacket for the evening. Please bring all necessary items with you, for there is NO RE-ENTRY, and this policy is strictly enforced.

·         NO Professional cameras.(includes SLR or cameras with detachable lenses)

·         NO Recording devices.

·         NO Video equipment.

ALCOHOL:

 

                   NO ALCOHOL WILL BE PERMITTED THROUGH THE GATES.

                   The Gorge has a beer garden outside the gates,

                   adjacent to the parking lot. Come early and enjoy a cold

                   beer and pick up a coupon to access the Esurance early entry

                   gate prior to the public opening.

                    

                   After purchasing beer and wine inside the amphitheatre, patrons are now permitted to walk or sit with

   “Beer in hand” in the General Admission and Reserved areas of the Gorge during concerts. (This rule does

                    not apply to certain GA only festivals)   

 

ATMs:

 

    There are ATMs for your convenience located within the main plaza near the concession booths.

 

 

                INFORMATION REGARDING CHILDREN:

    

                

                     Any child age 2 and under is free with accompanying adult in

                     General Admission. For reserved seating any child

                     2 and under must sit on an accompanying adult’s lap.

 

                     This amphitheatre is an all ages venue.

 

                     HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE SEATING LOCATIONS:

 

                     For Golden Circle and Reserved section A & C on the aisle.

                     General Admission is behind section A on raised ground.

 

                      WHEELCHAIR ENTRANCE:

 

                      Follow the signage to designated physically challenged

                      parking lot.

 

                      A shuttle for physically challenged individuals from

                      designated parking area takes patron down to appropriate

                      seating areas.

GORGE CAMPGROUND:

 

Gorge campground spots consist of unmarked grassy areas. You park where you camp. There is room for your vehicle and a couple of regular sized tents or one large tent. There are no hookups or electricity. NO OPEN FIRES ARE ALLOWED. Small camping stoves are allowed. Spots are available on a first come, first served basis. THERE IS NO RE-ENTRY FOR VEHICLES. (Camper's/Vehicles may not enter and exit campground without paying an additional fee for re-entry to the campground) No pets are allowed in the campground. It is less than ¼ mile walk from your campground site to the concert.

 

   Limited shuttle service will be provided for those patrons needing

   special assistance or for Premiere Camping customers only. Service

   will run between designated campground and concert locations.

 

                      DAILY RATE:

 

                      $40 per vehicle per day (motorcycles or walk-ins are

                      $10 per person purchased on site).

                      Convenience charge $1.75 per vehicle (Internet,

                      Phones & Ticket Centers)

                      Handling Fee $1.00

 

                      If customers purchase camping at The Gorge upon

                      arrival there is no service charge.  $.25 goes to

                      charity.

·        7 ft high solid fence for more privacy and less noise

·        Experienced staff on hand to provide needed assistance and to monitor sites for unauthorized guests.

 

                    NOTE:  There is no camping on unauthorized State Wildlife

                      areas.  Do not camp along the Columbia River in these

                      protected areas.  State Wildlife Officers urge your

                      cooperation.

Campground Rules/Policies

 

No firearms or weapons of any kind.

No fireworks, open fires or fire pits-BBQ containers OK

You must possess or intend to purchase a concert

ticket to be in the campground.

No drinking of alcohol in public places and roads.

Alcohol consumption permitted within each individual campsite.

No underage drinking or minor in possession of alcohol.

No illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia.

No large parties, kegs or binge drinking devices.

Quiet time is observed between 2:00 am and 8:00 am.

 

The GORGE SUGGESTS:

 

Bring a tent or shade structure. THERE ARE NO TREES

Desert weather conditions exist at the Gorge, bring drinking water, hat,

sunscreen and sunglasses for daytime, and a sweater or

jacket for after dark. A small flashlight or lantern may also be needed.

Simply go to www.esurance.com/gorge to print up your Esurance Early Entry line pass and bring it along with your GA ticket to the Gorge Amphitheatre. Then, enter the Esurance Early Entry Line located next to the front entry gate. Esurance Early Entry Line Pass holders will be let into the venue approximately 15 minutes earlier than all other general admission ticket holders.
 
That means, you get the best General Admission seats available for every concert event! For most concerts, Esurance Early Entry Line Pass holders will receive raffle tickets for the chance to win prizes, such as ticket upgrades, VIP Club passes, band merchandise, and Marquee Money (good for anything in the venue)!

PARKING:

 

                   The parking lot gates open at 10:00AM on the day of the show

                   The Gorge Amphitheatre has ample on-site parking.  Parking

                   areas are well marked, lighted and secure.  Designated

                   parking areas for physically challenged patrons are

                   available. (Follow signage).

 

                    By order of the Grant County Sheriff's Department, there

                    is no parking on county roads or private property leading

                    to or adjacent to the venue.  The county ordinances also

                    strictly prohibit the consumption of alcoholic beverages

                    in the parking lot, and these laws will be strictly

                    enforced.

 

                    PREMIER PARKING: $25 per Vehicle

 

                    The Gorge will now offer secure Premier Parking with easy

                    convenience access and exit from the parking lot.
