Official Rules: PLAYSTATION®2 ROAD TO VOODOO FEATURING FUEL

How to Participate.

This contest is being run from August 23, 2003 - October 8, 2003. There are two ways to enter into the contest: (a) on the Internet, at www.hob.com, see the links to the HOB/PlayStation®2 Road to Voodoo Contest or (b) by hand printing a request to enter the contest and mailing it to House of Blues Digital, Inc., 6255 Sunset Blvd., 16th Floor, Hollywood, CA 90028, attention: HOB/PlayStation®2 Road to Voodoo Contest, to be received by midnight, PST, October 8, 2003.

Eligibility.

This contest is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, other than Florida, who are 21 years of age or older. Employees, directors and their immediate families or members of household of: House of Blues Digital, Inc., Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc., and other prize sponsors and participants, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising, production, promotion and publicity agencies, and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this Contest are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.

Prizes, Approximate Retail Value and Odds (as of October 8, 2003).

One Grand Prize: Two tickets to the PlayStation®2 Road to Voodoo tour date at the Voodoo Music Experience in New Orleans, LA on November 1, 2003, roundtrip airfare from nearest major airport in the continental 48 states to New Orleans, LA for two people, and two nights stay at Sheraton New Orleans, LA (room and tax only, night of Friday, October 31 and Saturday, November 1) a PlayStation®2 Computer Entertainment System, 5 PlayStation®2 Video games, a PlayStation®2 Prize Pack, an autographed CD from Smile Empty Soul, an autographed drum head by all members of Fuel and an entire Fuel CD catalog featuring Sunburn, Something Like Human and the new CD Natural Selection and two passes to all 3 days of the Voodoo Music Experience. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $1,600. You must be prepared to take the trip starting October 31, 2003 and returning November 2, 2003. All travel details will be at Sponsor's discretion. Prize will be forfeited if winner is unable to travel during the designated time period. One Second Prize: one Schecter Electric Guitar signed by Smile Empty Soul, PlayStation®2 Prize Pack, 3 PlayStation®2 videogames and an entire Fuel CD catalog featuring Sunburn, Something Like Human and the new CD Natural Selection. The approximate retail value of the Second Prize is $750. Nine Third Prizes: one autographed Smile Empty Soul CD, Playstation®2 Prize Pack, and a Fuel DVD Sampler. The approximate retail value of each Third Prize is $90. Odds of winning the prizes depends on the number of eligible entries received. One entry per person. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant violating these rules.

Winner Selection.

House of Blues Digital, Inc. will conduct contest administration and verification. The winners shall be selected at random by House of Blues Digital, Inc. on October 8, 2003. The Winners shall be selected at random from all valid entries received by House of Blues Digital, Inc by October 8, 2003. By participating in this Contest, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of House of Blues Digital, Inc. whose decisions are final. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Contest if, in Sponsor's sole judgment, entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone on or about October 9, 2003 and will be required to execute and return, via fax, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity and Liability Release (the traveling companion will also be required to execute and return a Publicity and Liability Release) within 72 hours of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, postage due, damaged or incomplete mail. Prizes do not include anything not specifically mentioned as part of the prize in these Official Rules. It is the sponsor's intention to award only the prize described in the Official Rules. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless House of Blues Digital, Inc., Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc., prize sponsors and participants, their respective licensees, franchisees, affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, successors and their respective directors, officers, employees, advertising and production agencies from all liability regarding participation in the Contest, the receipt and use of prize awarded and, without limiting the generality of the above, from any injury or death while using the prize. Prize winners waive the right to 1) to assert as a cost of winning a prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem that prize and 2) any liability claim which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem that prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or exchanges or cash equivalents will be allowed except by sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value and approximately similar features for any prize mentioned in these rules due to unavailability. Contest void in whole or in part where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. All taxes are winners' responsibility (other than room tax described above). All federal, state and local regulations apply. All materials submitted become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to use winners' name and likeness, including photographs taken by the sponsor's photographer, for publicity use, without any further consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree that their contact information may be shared with Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc.
