Official Rules: PLAYSTATION®2 DUAL PLAY FEATURING BAD BOY BILL AND DIESEL BOY GIVEAWAY

How to Participate.

This contest is being run from March 20, 2003 - April 2, 2003. There are two ways to enter into the contest: (a) on the Internet, at www.hob.com, see the links to the PlayStation®2 Dual Play Featuring Bad Boy Bill and Diesel Boy Contest or, (b) by hand printing a request to enter the contest and mailing it to House of Blues Digital, Inc., 6255 Sunset Blvd., 16th Floor, Hollywood, CA 90028, Attention: Digital Marketing - PlayStation®2 Dual Play Featuring Bad Boy Bill and Diesel Boy Contest, specifying which city's contest you wish to enter, to be received by the end of the contest for such venue. When you enter the contest on the Internet, you will be asked to choose which city's contest you wish to enter. You may only enter into one city's contest.

Eligibility.

This contest is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, other than Florida. Employees, directors and their immediate families or members of household of: House of Blues Digital, Inc., HOB Entertainment, Inc., Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc., and other prize sponsors and participants, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising, production, promotion and publicity agencies, anyone connected with the production and distribution of this Contest, are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize. One entry by person in the contest. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant violating these rules.

Prizes, Approximate Retail Value and Odds (as of February 17, 2003):

Nine Grand Prizes: one pair of tickets to the PlayStation®2 Dual Play show which corresponds to the chosen city's portion of the contest entered, one PlayStation®2 Computer Entertainment System, an Amplitude PlayStation®2 title, a $200 gift certificate for Karma Loop clothing, and $60 towards dinner on night of show at the House of Blues Venue (if such venue is a House of Blues venue only). Travel expenses to/from club/venue, and anything else not specifically mentioned as part of the prize, are not included in the prize. Sixty-dollar dinner prize includes sales tax, gratuity will be additional and may not be paid from the $60 amount, and no cash will be refunded if entire amount is not spent. Any amount over the $60 amount is the winner's responsibility. The $60 House of Blues prize may not be used in the Foundation Room and may not be combined with any other offer. The approximate retail value of each of the Grand Prizes is $540.

Winner Selection.

Sponsor shall select the grand prize winners at random from those entrants in that city's contest. On March 26, Sponsor will select winners for the March 28 and March 31 dates. On March 31, Sponsor will select winners for the April 3, April 4, and April 5 dates. On April 3, Sponsor will select winners for the April 6, April 11, April 12, and April 13 dates. There will only be one winner per city. If the winner cannot attend the show, the ticket and $60 at the House of Blues portions of the prize will be forfeited. Contest administration and verification will be conducted by House of Blues Digital, Inc. By participating in this Contest, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of House of Blues Digital, Inc. whose decisions are final. The winners will be chosen at random among the eligible entries received. Winners use of tickets is subject to the applicable venue and show's age restrictions. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Contest if, in Sponsor's sole judgment, entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. Sponsor not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, postage due, damaged or incomplete mail. Prizes do not include anything not specifically mentioned as part of the prize in these Official Rules. It is the sponsor's intention to award only the prizes described in the Official Rules. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless House of Blues Digital, Inc., HOB Entertainment, Inc., prize sponsors and participants, their respective licensees, franchisees, affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, successors and their respective directors, officers, employees, advertising and production agencies from all liability regarding participation in the Contest, the receipt and use of prize awarded and, without limiting the generality of the above, from any injury or death while using the prize. Prize winners waive the right to 1) to assert as a cost of winning a prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem that prize and 2) any liability claim which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem that prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or exchanges or cash equivalents will be allowed, except by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value and approximately similar features for any prize mentioned in these rules due to unavailability. Contest void in whole or in part where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. All taxes are winner's responsibility. All federal, state and local regulations apply. All materials submitted become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to use winner's name and likeness, including photographs taken by the sponsor's photographer, for publicity use, without any further consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree that their addresses and email addresses may be shared with Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc. California law governs this contest and prize winners agree that any claims against Sponsors must be filed in the Central District of California.
