As seen on The Travel Channel, the Foundation Room is an exclusive club and restaurant located on the top floor of Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. Indulge your guests with an intimate dinner for 40 in our Shangri-La room or let us create a posh reception for 200 of your closest friends. 
Weddings in the Shangri-La Room
Our Foundation Chapel in the Shangri-La Room can seat up to 100 guests in gorgeous velvet chairs. For your altar, choose from either a traditional white Wedding Arch or our sacred statue of the Hindu lovers Rama and Sita. Our Wedding Specialist can coordinate all the details, from flowers and cakes to photographers, ministers, and so much more. Follow your ceremony with a celebration in our luxuriously appointed Foundation Room lounge or a lavish private or semi-private dinner in the dining room.
Weddings in the Foundation Dining Room or Lounge
The Foundation Dining Room and Lounge are the perfect location for daytime wedding ceremonies, receptions, or the cocktail hour portion of your reception. As your guests step off the private elevator to the top floor of Mandalay Bay they will be greeted by a marble statue of the Jainist teacher Mahavir, who preached the gospel of Universal Love (a fitting introduction for any wedding ceremony). As you enter our Foundation Dining Room you will be impressed by the beauty and grandeur of all that surrounds you. The Foundation Dining Room is a perfect location for a sit-down buffet for your wedding reception. If you're looking for a location that is truly one of a kind -- exclusive but not stuffy, spiritual yet non-traditional -- you have found your Nirvana.
Outdoor Weddings
Looking for something different in a garden setting? The Foundation Room's Mandalay Bay patio offers unparallelled views of the Vegas strip and is a gorgeous setting for a ceremony, with seating for up to 80 guests. Photos are a must with the spectacular Vegas Strip as your backdrop. Our garden setting, wedding arch or Chuppah are all available for your convenience.
