1) How to Participate: This contest is being run from June 14, 2002 - July 26, 2002. There are three ways to enter into the contest: (a) on the Internet, at www.hob.com, see the links to the HOB/Dolly Parton Contest or (b) by hand printing a request to enter the contest and mailing it to HOB Entertainment, Inc., 6255 Sunset Blvd., 16th Floor, Hollywood, CA 90028, attention: HOB/Dolly Parton Contest, to be received by July 26, 2002.

2) Eligibility. This contest is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States. Employees, directors and their immediate families or members of household of: HOB Entertainment, Inc., HOB Concerts, Inc., Sugar Hill and Luxor Hotels, and other prize sponsors and participants, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising, production, promotion and publicity agencies, and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this Contest are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.

3) Prizes, Approximate Retail Value and Odds (as of July 26, 2002): One Grand Prize: A 2 night vacation that includes: airfare, hotel, and two tickets to the House of Blues- Las Vegas on August 9-11, 2002. The grand prize includes round-trip airline tickets for two people from the nearest major airport in the 48 contiguous United States (other than Florida) to the winner's residence to the Las Vegas airport for the August 9-11, 2002 weekend, two nights standard room accommodation hotel stay (one room) at the Luxor Hotel, Las Vegas on August 9 and 10, 2002 for two people, access for two people to the House of Blues Foundation Room on the evenings of August 9 and 10, 2002, and a copy of Dolly Parton's CD "Halos and Horns". The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $1,500. You must be prepared to take the trip starting August 9, 2002 and returning August 11, 2002. Ten Second Prizes: copy of Dolly Parton's CD "Halos and Horns". . The approximate retail value of each of the Second Prizes is $18. Odds of winning the prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received. One entry per person. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant violating these rules.

4) Winner Selection. HOB Entertainment, Inc. will conduct contest administration and verification. By participating in this Contest, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of HOB Entertainment, Inc. whose decisions are final. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Contest if, in Sponsor's sole judgment, entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone on or about July 28, 2002 and will be required to execute and return, via fax, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity and Liability Release (the traveling companion will also be required to execute and return a Publicity and Liability Release) within 72 hours of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected. Sponsor not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, postage due, damaged or incomplete mail. Prizes do not include anything not specifically mentioned as part of the prize in these Official Rules. It is the sponsor's intention to award only the prize described in the Official Rules. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless HOB Entertainment, Inc., Luxor Hotels, Sugar Hill Records, prize sponsors and participants, their respective licensees, franchisees, affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, successors and their respective directors, officers, employees, advertising and production agencies from all liability regarding participation in the Contest, the receipt and use of prize awarded and, without limiting the generality of the above, from any injury or death while using the prize. Prize winner waives the right to 1) to assert as a cost of winning a prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem that prize and 2) any liability claim which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem that prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or exchanges or cash equivalents will be allowed except by sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value and approximately similar features for any prize mentioned in these rules due to unavailability. Contest void in whole or in part where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. All taxes are winner's responsibility. All federal, state and local regulations apply. All materials submitted become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to use winner's name and likeness, including photographs taken by the sponsor's photographer, for publicity use, without any further consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
