
Dolf Berle
Chief Operating Officer
Dolf Berle serves as Chief Operating Officer for House of Blues Entertainment, Inc. In this role he is responsible for the people, strategies, and tools which drive performance in the House of Blues Clubs and Amphitheatres. Berle served as COO for the House of Blues Clubs between 2000 and early 2004 and was given the additional responsibility of the amphitheatres in March of 2004.
Previously Berle was Chief Operating Officer for Diedrich Coffee for two years, the number two specialty coffee retailer in the country. Prior to this role he held a number of operating roles at Pepsico/Tricon Restaurants Inc. including Senior Director of Operations in the international division, Director of International Taco Bell Operations, and Taco Bell Market Manager for the domestic Middle Tennessee region. Earlier in his career he spent three years at Waste Management, Inc. in both strategic as well as operating roles and two years at Booz-Allen & Hamilton consulting firm.
Berle, a graduate of Harvard College with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Literature, has a Masters Degree in African History from the University of Zimbabwe and an MBA in General Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. He is a recording artist for children and a world class age-group competitor in track and field.
